JUDGMENT

The petitioner wants to replace the vehicle on the existing route after obtaining a clearance certificate. Ext.P2 request has been submitted in this regard with the respondent seeking the issue of a clearance/permit-less certificate in respect of the existing vehicle.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request and issue a clearance/permit-less certificate to the petitioner. The respondent shall also specify the time limit within which the vehicle will be replaced by another on the existing route covered by the permit.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
