JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court on account of non-settlement of timings in a granted regular permit as per Ext.P1. The permit shows that the issuance of permit will be subject to settlement of timings.

In such circumstances, the settlement of timings shall be made within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and if the same is not possible, then the permit shall be issued on the proposed timings, however, subject to finalisation in a properly convened timing conference.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
