JUDGMENT
The petitioner's vehicle has been seized under the provisions of the Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the second respondent to file a report before the concerned Judicial First Class Magistrate regarding the seizure of the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-59-A-153. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to report seizure of the vehicle within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Thereafter, if the petitioner moves any application before the concerned Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, for interim custody, the same shall be considered within a period of three weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
