JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue the temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-24/4816 on the route Kadakkal-Paluvally, in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing No.KL-02/M 4858.
2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the re-issuance of temporary permit, there will be a direction to the respondent to re-issue a temporary permit of four months duration within a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
