JUDGMENT

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to respondents to renew Ext.P1 licence for the period 2015-16 in the name of its present Managing Partner of the firm as per the request in Ext.P3.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 request within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the former Managing Director. The writ petition is disposed of.
