JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this court seeking direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of Exts.P3 and P4 representations for returning the service benefits paid towards the cost of Excise Inspector.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
