JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed challenging the delay on the part of the respondents in drawing the final bill and disbursing the admitted amount due to the petitioner for the work completed by the petitioner. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, Ext.P4 representation is pending consideration before the first respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropraite orders on Ext.P4 representation, in accordance with law, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of.
