JUDGMENT

Petitioner is running a small scale hollow bricks manufacturing unit. According to the petitioner, he has submitted Ext.P2 series of applications for getting registration under Rule 26A of the Head Load Workers Rules. Petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the same by the respondent. Hence this writ petition.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 series applications, in accordance with law, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of.
