JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a guardian of a student admitted to the B.Com Course for the academic year 2009-10, challenged the implementation of the Choice Based Credit Semester and Grading pattern to the under-graduate courses in that academic year. The challenge was on the ground that hasty implementation prejudiced the students. Nothing survives in the writ petition at this point of time, since the said system has been followed during the subsequent years also without any further challenge being made.
