JUDGMENT

The limited prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropraite orders on Ext.P6, in accordance with law, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of being heard before a decision is taken in the matter. Till a decision is taken in the matter, petitioner shall be permitted to continue at her risk.

Writ petition is disposed of.
