JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed challenging the delay on the part of the respondents in releasing the security deposit, retention amount, etc. due to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Ext.P7 representation before the respondents and the same is pending consideration.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider Ext.P7 representation submitted by the petitioner, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of.
