JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare that the petitioner is entitled to appear for the P.G. Examination in M.D. Pharmacology to be conducted by the 3rd Respondent University as per Ext.P2 notification.
2.
By virtue of the interim order passed by this Court on 08.05.2015 the petitioner became entitled to appear for the Medical P.G. Examination in M.D. Pharmacology. But, anyhow, the result is withheld by the University since taking part in the examination was made subject to further orders from this Court.
3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the University.
4.
The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that there was shortage of 19 days attendance to the petitioner to complete the course in the first year. The learned counsel further submits that on re-scheduling the course period of three years, the same can be rectified.
W.P.(C) No.13902 of 2015 5.
Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1st Respondent to re-schedule the course period by 19 days and intimate the 3rd Respondent so as to qualify the petitioner to complete the course within the time schedule. This shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
6.
Since the petitioner has already participated in the examination, there will be a direction to the University to publish the result of the petitioner after intimation given by the 1st Respondent to the 3rd Respondent by re-scheduling the course period.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- SHAJI P. CHALY JUDGE //true copy// P.S. to Judge St/-
