JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received instructions. Recording the submission of respondents 2 and 3, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is of the view that the Writ Petition has not become infructuous, the petitioner is free to file a memo within a period of one month, in which case the Writ Petition will stand revived.
