J U D G M E N T

The petitioner availed a housing loan from the 2nd respondent in the year 2010. Due to default in repayment of the same, the Bank proceeded with 'SARFAESI' proceedings. The petitioner impugns the above proceedings before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has remitted 75,000/- as per direction of this Court. The ₹ total overdue amount is only 91,140/- along with regular EMI of this ₹ month.

3. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions :

The petitioner shall pay the overdue amount along with regular EMI on or before 30.06.2015. If the petitioner pays the above amount, the loan account shall be regularised. Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
