JUDGMENT

Petitioner moved the panchayath by Ext.P2 application to place a slab over a thodu lying between the property of the petitioner.

In view of pendancy of Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the second respondent - Secretary of the Thamarassery Grama Panchayath to consider Ext.P2 after giving notice to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
