JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in considering Exts.P1 to P3 applications for renewal, replacement and temporary permit.

In view of the pendency of Ext.P3 application for temporary permit, the same shall be considered and if there are no preferential claim and there is no impediment, temporary permit shall be issued to the petitioner within one week for a duration of four months subject to renewal. The applications for renewal and replacement shall be considered within an outer limit of two months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
