JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 2 to 4 not to replace the existing cable line with GI wire (Bare Overhead Line) to give connection to the 5th respondent with consumer No.14461. Today when the case was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the time being the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievance and that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to his right to approach this Court again, in case of any grievance in future.
2.
I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for the first respondent, the learned Standing Counsel for the Board and also the learned counsel for the 5th respondent.
