JUDGMENT

The petitioner had appeared for the IVth Semester examination of B.Tech Degree course on the basis of the interim order passed by this Court on 5.6.2015. On account of shortage of attendance, she was not permitted to appear for the examination, initially.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the University submitted on instructions that the shortage of attendance is beyond its control. A statement has also filed on the behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the result of the examination is not published and she is not permitted to appear for the Vth semester examination.

In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the case of the petitioner (ie. in respect of her claim for condoning shortage of attendance, right to appear in the examination as well as to get her results of IVth
