JUDGMENT

The petitioner submitted Exts.P2 and P3 applications for assignment before respondents. In view of the pendency of the above applications, there shall be a direction to competent among the respondents to consider the same within three months. Till a decision is taken in the matter, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P4. If the petitioner has not filed an application in the requisite format, the same shall be done before the third respondent within a further period of two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
