JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the owner of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-44/A 655, who applied for temporary permit on the route AluvaKanthalloor in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07/J 8283 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-44/A 655 on the route Aluva-Kanthalloor in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07/J 8283. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07/J 8283 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, the issuance of temporary permit shall be subject to a preferential claim, if any.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
