JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to accept the application for temporary registration certificate and to grant temporary registration on receipt of the required fee, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner has got temporary registration for his BMW car through the office of the respondent on 13.5.2015 in his permanent address at Irinjalakuda. Thus, it came to the notice of this Court that the matter in issue has become infructuous. In the above view, this writ petition will stand dismissed.
