J U D G M E N T

----------------------- The petitioner is working as Lab Assistant in the Food Craft Institute (Kerala) Society, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner approached the 1st respondent by Ext.P4 representation. The grievance highlighted in Ext.P4 is that there are certain anomalies in the qualification criteria for promotion to the post of Demonstrator-Cookery. It is on account of the non-consideration of Ext.P4, the petitioner has approached this Court. The limited extent of request made by the petitioner is an early disposal of Ext.P4.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation within a period of six seeks after affording an opportunity of hearing the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
