J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

By this writ petition filed seeking police protection, protection has been sought to give adequate and sufficient police protection to the life of the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that in the present case, only Ext.P1 complaint has been sent by the petitioner to the police, which is dated 3/5/15 which was sent on 5/5/15 regarding an incident alleged to have taken place on 28th April, 2015. Learned Government Pleader further submits that, as on date, there is no threat or any such reason so as to direct police protection. He submits that investigation is going on in connection of which petitioner has been called for recording statement. 3.
In the above circumstances, we are of the view that, as
W.P (C) No. 14116/15 -:2:- on date, no such direction is needed as prayed for. We only observe that in the event any attempt or offence is committed, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the 3rd respondent, who may look into it, if so required.
