JUDGMENT

The petitioner made Ext.P2 request for Clearance Certificate to the existing vehicle covered by regular permit without insisting surrender / cancellation of the permit.

2. In view of the similar direction of this Court as seen from Ext.P3 judgment, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue Clearance Certificate to the petitioner in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.KL 06/F 6602 operating on the route Adimaly - Kattappana without surrendering/cancelling or transferring the permit by keeping the permit under suspended animation, provided all dues to the Government including check reports and Kerala Motor Transport Workers' Welfare Fund Board are satisfied, and if the original of the application is also received in the office of the respondent. Needful shall be done withing a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
