JUDGMENT

This is a writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to shift 11 KV line to Pandipara - Ettikavala road by accepting the estimate amount demanded in Exhibit P1. Today, when the case was taken for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already remitted the amount demanded in Exhibit P1 and the 11KV transmission line has also been shifted, and that no orders are required in this writ petition. Therefore the writ petition is dismissed as infructous.
