JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached the respondent for Clearance Certificate as per Ext.P1 in terms of Rule 152 of Kerala Motor Vehicle Rules, keeping the permit under suspended animation and without insisting the surrender of permit.
2. If the petitioner has cleared all the Government dues, necessary Clearance Certificate shall be issued to the petitioner within three weeks subject to such conditions as may be imposed under the Rules.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
