JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the registered owner of a stage carriage bearing registration number KL-46/K 7576 operating with temporary permit in the route Thrissur - Kunnamkulam - Althara - Guruvayoor. This was issued in the vacancy of a stage carriage bearing registration number KL 08/E 3542. Petitioner has approached this Court seeking to re-issue the temporary permit.

2. If the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration number KL 08/E 3542 is still in existence, temporary permit for four months' duration shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of one week, if there are no other better claimants than the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
