J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed Ext.P2 objection to the request put in by the 1st respondent to open a new branch and also approving amendment to the bye-laws. Neither the request of the 1st respondent nor the objection of the petitioner have been considered hitherto by the 3rd respondent.

I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the request as well as Ext.P2 objection with notice to the petitioner and the 1st respondent. An opportunity of personal hearing shall also be afforded to the parties. Final orders shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Status quo as on today shall continue in the meanwhile.

The writ petition is disposed of.
