JUDGMENT

The petitioner was granted regular permit to operate on the route Amballur- Mannuthy. This was granted subject to settlement of timings. However, on account of delay in convening timing conference, petitioner's permit is on hold.

2. In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue permit with provisional set of timings within one week from the production of copy of judgment. The provisional set of timings will be subject to properly constituted timing conference. The respondent is also directed to convene a timing conference after inviting objections within six weeks. The writ petition is disposed of.
