JUDGMENT

The pole rental charges demanded for alleged unauthorised drawing of television cables is impugned. The dispute in this regard has to be resolved by the second respondent as per the terms of the agreement entered into between the parties. Ext.P4 representation filed by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the second respondent.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The television cables drawn by the petitioner shall not be dismantled in the meanwhile on his depositing one half of the amount demanded under Exts.P3 and P3(a) notices.

The amount shall be deposited within a period of one month from today before the third respondent and the receipt produced before the second respondent. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
