JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed on account of the urgency and nonsitting of Central Administrative Tribunal. This Court, by an interim order dated 08.05.2015, permitted the petitioners to provisionally participate in the trade test conducted on 10.05.2015. Petitioners submit that they were not permitted to write the examination.

Considering the circumstances, I am of the view that if the petitioners were willfully denied the opportunity as above, they can espouse the matter in an appropriate manner before the appropriate authority or before the Tribunal. With the liberty to move Central Administrative Tribunal, this Writ Petition is closed.
