JUDGMENT

The petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-34D 2765, applied for temporary permit on the route Kumali-Kottayam in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-37A 1915 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-34D 2765 on the route Kumali-Kottayam in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL-37A 1915.

If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-37A 1915 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, while considering the application as stated above, the preferential

W.P(C).No.14212 of 2015 claim, if any, shall also be considered.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
