JUDGMENT
The petitioner, applied for regular permit on the route Malappuram-Kadampuzha Temple touching via Vadakkemanna, Chelur, Valiyad, Puliyattukulam, Parankimoochikkal, Kottakkal, Kavathikalam, Kottur, Pathayakallu, Maravattom, Anakuzhiyal, Parambilangadi, Chrussola, Variyath, Kavathikalam, Indianoor, Choonur, Kottappuram, Mannazhi, Thottappai, Thalakkappu and Villoor. The regular permit is pending consideration and in the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for a temporary permit. it is only appropriate that the temporary permit application being Ext.P2 be considered and orders passed thereon, especially when the regular permit application is pending consideration. In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Secretary, RTA, Malappuram to consider the application for temporary permit, and issue the same, if there is no legal impediment, within a period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
