JUDGMENT
The petitioner is holder of Ext.P1 regular permit having validity till 12.09.2019. Petitioner wants to dispose the vehicle by retaining the permit and also to replace the same. 2.
In that view of the matter, there shall be direction to the respondent to issue Clearance Certificate in respect of vehicle bearing No.KL-10-AA-9444, without insisting surrender/cancellation of permit. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. However, before issuance of clearance certificate petitioner shall pay all dues and shall submit check report. The petitioner shall produce current records of the vehicle to be substituted within four months from today.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
