JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the transferee of the regular permit holder (under lease agreement) on the route Thalikundu-ValakkavuAyyatholde via Thrissur applied for renewal of regular permit and the same is pending consideration before the RTA, Thrissur. In the meantime, he applied for temporary permit and the same was granted, which is valid upto 12.05.2015. He applied for re-issue of temporary permit by Ext.P2 on the route Thalikundu-ValakkavuAyyatholde via Thrissur in respect of stage carriage KL-10Q 5435. Though the said application has been made on 07.05.2015, it is submitted that no steps are taken and the temporary permit already obtained would soon expire.

In such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, and issue the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
