J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-08/V 1593, who applied for temporary permit on the route Angamaly - Ernakulam High Court Junction in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-02/N 6597 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-08/V 1593 on the route Angamaly - Ernakulam High Court Junction in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-02/N 6597.

If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-02/N 6597 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing

W.P.(C) No.14263 of 2015 -: 2 :- appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, the issuance of temporary permit shall be subject to a preferential claim, if any. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
