J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks temporary permit pending renewal of regular permit. The petitioner also submitted Ext.P2 application for replacement. Pursuant to Ext.P2, Ext.P3 notice has been issued by the respondent, directed the petitioner to appear in person with all original documents.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue temporary permit to the petitioner, subject to any preferential claim, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, pending consideration of application for renewal and replacement. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
