J U D G M E N T

The petitioner applied for regular permit to operate in the route Perumanna - Ramanattukara - Medical College. The petitioner submits that his application was considered and the same was granted. However, on account of non-settlement of timings, regular permit has not been issued so far. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue temporary permit on the basis of proposed timings, subject to final settlement of timings in a properly convened timing conference. Needful shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
