JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached the Government for regularization with effect from 02.06.1997 as Upper Primary School Assistant, which claim was upheld by the Government s per Ext.P1. Petitioner submitted Ext.P2 representation seeking to approve her appointment and to disburse the salary and allowance from 15.07.2001 to 12.06.2005. The 3rd respondent, as per Ext.P3, directed the headmistress to grant the benefits due tot he petitioner. By Ext.P5, the petitioner was granted monetary benefits only from 11.03.2012. The petitioner preferred Ext.P6 representation on receipt of which the 3rd respondent issued Ext.P7 informing that the reliefs claimed in Ext.P6 can be granted only by the Government. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 1st respondent which is pending. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking expeditious disposal of Ext.P8.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there will be a

W.P.(C) No.14343 /2015 direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 after notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent - Manager, within a period of four months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
