JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator bearing registration number KL-42/B 8679, conducting service on the route Mannamthuruth Ferry - Kodungallur - Moothakunnam. He filed Ext.P1 application for variation of permit on 29.01.2015. The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to include his application in the next meeting of the RTA scheduled to be held on 26.05.2015.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to include Ext.P1 application for variation of permit in the next meeting of the 1st respondent scheduled to be held on 26.05.2015.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
