JUDGMENT

The petitioner, applied for regular permit on the route Ankamaly - Koottumadam. The regular permit is pending consideration and in the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for a temporary permit. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application being Ext.P3 be considered and allowed for a period of four months, especially when the regular permit application is pending consideration.

In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary to grant and issue temporary permit, within a period of one week from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
