The grievance voiced by the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondents 5 and 6 police officers are compelling the petitioner to surrender a portion of his property to widen the road abutting the same. 2.

The learned State Attorney, on instructions, submitted that respondents 5 and 6 have not harassed the petitioner in any manner and that the road referred to by the petititioner has already been widened. He has also submitted that there is no complaint pending before them against the petitioner concerning the formation of the road.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned State Attorney, there is no scope for any grievance
