JUDGMENT
Petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent as per Ext.P2 representation seeking permission for cut and removal of eucalyptus trees standing in the property possessed by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, if the trees are not cut and removed prior to the monsoon, it will result in irreparable loss and damage to the petitioner and to the nearby property owners.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application after adverting to relevant materials and records produced by the petitioner, within a period of one month.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
