JUDGMENT

Petitioner has been granted with regular permit to operate the service on the route Nellimattom-Vannapram-Karimannoor as per Ext.P1 subject to settlement of timings. However, on account of non settlement of timings, regular permit has not so far been issued to the petitioner. The request of the petitioner is for issue of permit with Ext.P3 proposed timings.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to issue regular permit based on proposed timings subject to settling of timings in a properly convened conference in respect of the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-13J 867 provisionally. Needful shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The proper timings shall be settled by convening a timing conference within a period of two months. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
