J U D G M E N T

--------------------------- The petitioner is the owner of Stage Carriage vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL.18.A.8327. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application before the respondent for issuing temporary permit. The petitioner submits that there was valid bus route for Stage Carriage Vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL.14 601 on the route Kasaragod-Badiadka Mulleria (via) Cherthala and the same has been discontinued their service and surrendered their permit to the respondent. The petitioner approached this Court on account of the delay in considering Ext.P2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue temporary permit for a period four months for the petitioner's vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL.18.8327 to operate on the route Kasaragod-Badiadka-Mulleria (via) Cherkala in the light of

W.P.(C).No.14443 of 2015 Ext.P2 application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
