JUDGMENT

The petitioner had approached this Court, aggrieved by the steps taken by the respondent bank, under the Securitisation and Reconstructions of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, hereinafter referred to as the 'SARFAESI Act', for recovery of the defaulted loan amounts. When the matter was called up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent bank that the entire amount outstanding to the respondent bank has since been paid by the petitioner and the loan account has been closed. This submission is recorded. Taking note of the memo dated 27.10.2015 filed by counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
