J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the President of the Parent Teachers Association of G.H.S.School, Bisonvalley, Idukki, is aggrieved by the non-implementation of the decision to abolish the shift system. Highlighting his grievance, he has preferred Ext.P5 representation before the 2nd respondent and limited prayer in the writ petition for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation within a time frame.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner.
