J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed for police protection seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to grant adequate protection to the life of the petitioner's family from threat by the 4th respondent. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that there are some partition dispute between the parties which was found on enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner.

In our view of the matter, we see no reason to issue any direction as on date. We only observe that in the event any offence is committed or attempt to commit offence, it shall be
