JUDGMENT
The above writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to forthwith consider Ext.P3 application and issue temporary permit for four months duration to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration number KL-11/P 5475 to conduct service on the route Piravom -Tennathoor pending final disposal of the application for regular permit.
2. Heard Sri. P. Deepak, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case Ext.P3 application for temporary permit is still pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Muvattupuzha, then the 2nd respondent shall take up the same for orders and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, without any further delay, preferably within a period of one week from the date of
W.P.(C). No. 14555/2015 -2production of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that this direction has been issued without going into the merits of the matter and the 2nd respondent will pass orders strictly in accordance with law.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
