JUDGMENT

The matter stands posted for orders. No representation for the petitioner. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction not to take any steps to fill up 5% of the posts in the cadre of Lower Division Clerks ear marked to be filled up by promotion from among full-time/part-time contingent employees as per Ext.P1 Government order. No stay has been granted by this Court. As it appears from record that the matter has become infructuous, this writ petition is closed without examining the merits.
